The Proposal of Family Business Development Providing Bus Transport Services

The diploma thesis is focused on the proposal of strategic development of the transport company DZS. M.K- Trans, s.r.o. operating in Slovakia. The theoretical part defines the basis necessary for understanding the issues of planning the development and growth of the company, including a description of selected analytical methods. The aim of the analytical part, is to identify the key factors affecting the current situation of the company and will serve as a basis for deciding on strategic directions. In the third part is chosen the most suitable development strategy, which will lead to strengthening of the selected company on the market.

Hlavnou témou mojej diplomovej práce je zhodnotenie, či má firma Nobilis Tilia, s.r.o. rozšíriť svoje podnikateľské aktivity na zahraničné trhy, konkrétne na nemecký trh s kozmetikou. Celá práca je postupne rozdelená do troch hlavných častí – na teoretickú, analytickú a návrhovú. V teoretickej časti sú zhodnotené poznatky získané z literárnych zdrojov zameraných na strategický management firiem. Analytická časť sa zaoberá firmou Nobilis Tilia, s.r.o., jej históriou a portfóliom produktov. Následne je spracovaná analýza vonkajšieho obecného prostredia, Porterova Analýza Piatich Síl, SWOT analýza nemeckého trhu s kozmetikou. Návrhová časť práce ponúka prehľad odporúčaní, založených na výsledkoch spomínaných analýz.
Strategy of Competitive Encounters

Diploma thesis should serve as a proposal of a strategy of competitive encounters for management of company. Realization of this proposal has assumption for strengthening the competitiveness of the company, and the successful development of the company in the future. This thesis is divided into three parts- theoretical, analytical and project part. Basic terms and used methods for strategic analysis of extarnal and internal influences are described in theoretical part. These methods are applied on the actual company in the analytical part. Suggested alternative of solutions are described in the project part. The most suitable alternative is defined in the closure.

The diploma thesis deals with development of the MAGGI brand communication in order to increase its trustworthiness among customers and to strengthen its competitiveness. The current situation of the brand is defined primarily by brand identity analyzes by Kapferer and Ko Floor and by defining the competitive position of the brand. Based on the knowledge gained in the analytical part, a set of recommendations on brand communication are developed.

Sustainable competitiveness of mineral water producers settled in Slovakia

ONDREJIČKA, F.Sustainable Competitiveness of Mineral Water Producers settled in Slovakia. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2016. The diploma thesis deals with the financial situation of companies involved in production of mineral water in Slovakia. The main objective of this thesis is to identify key factors influencing competitiveness and economic performance. A financial situation of companies is assessed through financial analysis and calculation of one of current business performance indicators - economic value added. The thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part creates a literary basis for evaluating the methods used in financial analysis and these methods are applied in empirical part. Based on gathered information, there are defined proposals and recommendations at the end of the thesis, which should lead to a more favorable development of the financial performance of entire sector.
